Before any item is sent out, it has been checked by our team. Fatafat Sewa will not refund your money, but we will credit you with one of our gift cards.

You can return an item if you wish to do so in the exact same condition you received it. This includes the original packaging, tags and must be in a resalable condition.

Please contact the shipping company if your package is damaged or lost. We took it to them in good condition so they must take responsibility. Give them the tracking number we gave you.

Without our duty or tag, we will not accept any items that have been worn, washed, or scented with fragrance, deodorant, or smoke.

Non-exchangeable items include: Sale items, Gift Cards, accessories, Intimates, Bodysuits, Formal dresses

Shipping costs: You are responsible for paying shipping charges if you wish to return the item. We recommend that you use the tracking service if the item is greater than Rs.5000.00. Otherwise, we won't be able to guarantee it will arrive. Once it's received, it must be sent to our inspections department. They will inspect it and determine if it meets our standards for resale. If it does, we will issue a store gift certificate with a credit equal to the amount you spent, without shipping costs. We will issue the store gift cards within 7-15 days.
