St Remy Authentic Napoleon VSOP embodies the iconic and historical taste of St-Rémy, exclusively elaborated from the distillation of varietal wines from the prestigious vineyards of France. It uses eaux-de-vie distilled from eight grape varieties, which are aged 1-2 years, of which 6 months are spent exclusively in small 200-liter oak barrels.

Colour: Amber-yellow in color with golden highlights.

Nose: Alcohol notes are quickly replaced with rich fruity aromas of cherry, gooseberry and wild strawberry. Floral notes subtly blend with the woody and vanilla tones of oak. The overall impression is pleasing, harmonious and smooth.

Palate: Round and smooth with fruity aromas and wood, combining to produce an oaky vanilla finish.

Food Suggestions: With its light and subtle nose, St-Rémy VSOP is excellent neat, on ice or in cocktails.
