11. EMI Payment and Customer Responsibility

Once an EMI transaction has been approved and completed, the customer is responsible for fulfilling the repayment obligations applicable to the EMI arrangement.

Any late payment, penalty, interest, service charge, or other consequence imposed by a bank or financing partner will be governed by the applicable agreement between the customer and that institution.

Fatafat Sewa is not responsible for charges imposed independently by a bank or financing provider.

12. Product Exchange

Fatafat Sewa may offer an Exchange service for eligible products.

Exchange eligibility and value may depend on:

• Product model

• Product age

• Physical condition

• Display condition

• Battery condition

• Functionality

• IMEI or serial number

• Authenticity

• Accessories

• Previous repairs or modifications

• Other product-specific factors

The final exchange value may be determined after physical inspection or verification.

An initial online or estimated exchange value, where provided, may not be the final value.

Customers must provide accurate information about the product submitted for exchange.

13. Exchange Inspection

Customers should remove personal accounts, passwords, SIM cards, memory cards, and personal data from exchanged devices before handing them over.

Fatafat Sewa is not responsible for personal information or data left on an exchanged device after the customer has handed it over.

14. Delivery

We arrange product delivery to the delivery address provided by the customer, subject to service availability.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

• Events beyond our reasonable control

Website मार्फत Order Submit गर्दैमा Order अन्तिम रूपमा स्वीकार भएको मानिँदैन।

ग्राहकले Fatafat Sewa ले खरिदको समयमा उपलब्ध गराएका Payment Methods मध्ये उपलब्ध विकल्प प्रयोग गर्न सक्छ।

Payment Methods मा उपलब्धताअनुसार निम्न समावेश हुन सक्छन्:

• Online Payment

• Bank/Card Payment

• Cash Payment

• EMI

• Website मा उपलब्ध अन्य Payment Methods

Payment Processing Payment Providers, Banks, Financial Institutions वा अन्य Authorized Service Providers मार्फत हुन सक्छ।

आवश्यक Payment सफलतापूर्वक Verify नभएसम्म Order Process नहुन सक्छ।

१०. EMI Services

Fatafat Sewa ले Participating Banks, Financial Institutions वा Financing Partners मार्फत EMI सुविधा उपलब्ध गराउन सक्छ।

EMI Availability, Eligibility, Tenure, Down Payment, Interest, Service Charge, Documentation, Credit Card Requirement तथा अन्य Conditions सम्बन्धित EMI Program तथा Financing Partner अनुसार फरक हुन सक्छन्।

EMI Application को Approval पूर्ण रूपमा Fatafat Sewa को नियन्त्रणमा हुँदैन।

सम्बन्धित Bank वा Financial Institution ले आफ्नो Policy तथा Requirements अनुसार EMI Eligibility तथा Approval स्वतन्त्र रूपमा निर्धारण गर्न सक्छ।

EMI Transaction पूरा गर्नु अघि ग्राहकले लागू हुने EMI Terms समीक्षा गर्नुपर्छ।

११. EMI Payment तथा ग्राहकको जिम्मेवारी

EMI Transaction Approved तथा Complete भएपछि सम्बन्धित EMI Arrangement अनुसार Repayment गर्ने जिम्मेवारी ग्राहकको हुनेछ।

Late Payment, Penalty, Interest, Service Charge वा Financing Partner वा Bank ले लगाउने अन्य Charge सम्बन्धित संस्था र ग्राहकबीचको लागू Agreement अनुसार निर्धारण हुनेछ।

Fatafat Sewa कुनै Bank वा Financing Provider ले स्वतन्त्र रूपमा लगाएको Charge का लागि जिम्मेवार हुने छैन।

१२. Product Exchange

Fatafat Sewa ले योग्य Products का लागि Exchange Service उपलब्ध गराउन सक्छ।

Exchange Eligibility तथा Value निम्न विषयमा निर्भर हुन सक्छ:

• Product Model

• Product Age

• Physical Condition

• Display Condition

• Battery Condition

• Functionality

• IMEI वा Serial Number

• Authenticity

• Accessories

• Previous Repair वा Modification

• अन्य Product-Specific Factors

Physical Inspection वा Verification पछि Final Exchange Value निर्धारण हुन सक्छ।

Online वा Estimated Exchange Value उपलब्ध गराइएको अवस्थामा त्यो Final Exchange Value नहुन सक्छ।

Exchange का लागि उपलब्ध गराइएको Product बारे ग्राहकले सही जानकारी दिनुपर्छ।

१३. Exchange Inspection

Exchange Transaction पूरा गर्नु अघि Fatafat Sewa ले Product Inspection गर्न सक्छ।

ग्राहकले उपलब्ध गराएको Information भन्दा Product को वास्तविक Condition धेरै फरक भएमा Final Exchange Value परिवर्तन गर्न वा Exchange अस्वीकार गर्न सकिन्छ।

Exchange गर्नु अघि ग्राहकले Device बाट आफ्नो Personal Account, Password, SIM Card, Memory Card तथा Personal Data हटाउनुपर्छ।

ग्राहकले Device हस्तान्तरण गरेपछि त्यसमा बाँकी रहेको Personal Information वा Data का लागि Fatafat Sewa जिम्मेवार हुने छैन।

१४. Delivery

ग्राहकले उपलब्ध गराएको Delivery Address मा, Service Availability को अधीनमा, Product Delivery को व्यवस्था गरिनेछ।

Delivery Time निम्न विषयमा निर्भर हुन सक्छ:

• Delivery Location

• Product Availability

• Order Verification

• Payment Confirmation

• Weather Conditions

• Public Holidays

• Transportation Conditions

• हाम्रो उचित नियन्त्रणभन्दा बाहिरका घटनाहरू

Delivery Estimate लाई अनिवार्य वा Guaranteed Delivery Time मान्न सकिँदैन।

ग्राहकले सही तथा सम्पर्क गर्न सकिने Delivery Address र Phone Number उपलब्ध गराउनुपर्छ।

१५. Delivery प्राप्त गर्दा

Product Delivery को समयमा सम्भव भएसम्म Customer ले Package तथा Product Inspection गर्नुपर्छ।

Package मा Damage, Opening, Tampering वा Order भन्दा फरक Product देखिएमा Customer ले तुरुन्तै Fatafat Sewa लाई सम्पर्क गरी आवश्यक परेको अवस्थामा Photo वा Video Evidence उपलब्ध गराउनुपर्छ।

१६. Order Cancellation

Order को Status अनुसार Cancellation उपलब्ध हुन सक्छ।

Order Dispatch भइसकेपछि, Logistics Provider लाई हस्तान्तरण भएपछि, विशेष रूपमा Procure वा Activate गरिएको अवस्थामा वा अन्य Processing भइसकेपछि Cancellation उपलब्ध नहुन सक्छ वा लागू हुने Conditions को अधीनमा हुन सक्छ।

Order Cancel गर्न चाहनुहुन्छ भने सकेसम्म चाँडो Fatafat Sewa लाई सम्पर्क गर्नुहोस्।

१७. Return तथा Refund

Return तथा Refund Fatafat Sewa को लागू Return and Refund Policy तथा सम्बन्धित Product का Conditions को अधीनमा हुनेछ।

केही Products मा निम्न कारणले Return सम्बन्धी Restrictions हुन सक्छ:

• Product Category

• Product Activation

• Warranty Conditions

• Hygiene वा Safety Considerations

• Product Condition

• Missing Accessories

• Physical Damage

• Software वा Account Activation

• Manufacturer Restrictions

Product Return गर्नु अघि Fatafat Sewa लाई सम्पर्क गरी लागू Return Procedure पालना गर्नुपर्छ।

१८. Warranty

लागू हुने Product Warranty Manufacturer, Importer, Distributor वा Authorized Service Center को सम्बन्धित Warranty Terms अनुसार हुनेछ।

Warranty Coverage Product तथा Brand अनुसार फरक हुन सक्छ।

Warranty मा निम्न कारणबाट भएका समस्या समावेश नहुन सक्छन्:

• Unauthorized Accessories वा Parts

• Normal Wear and Tear

• Applicable Warranty ले नसमेटेका Software वा User-Related Issues

ग्राहकले सम्बन्धित Product को Warranty Terms समीक्षा गर्नुपर्छ।

Fatafat Sewa ले Discount, EMI Offers, Exchange Offers, Bank Offers, Cashback, Gifts तथा अन्य Promotional Campaign सञ्चालन गर्न सक्छ।

प्रत्येक Promotion मा आफ्नै:

• Eligibility Requirements

• Validity Period

• Product Restrictions

• Payment Requirements

• Bank वा Partner Conditions

• Stock Limitations

• अन्य Terms

हुन सक्छन्।

स्पष्ट रूपमा उल्लेख नगरिएको अवस्थामा Promotional Offers एक-अर्कासँग Combine गर्न सकिने ग्यारेन्टी हुँदैन।

लागू हुने दायित्वहरूको अधीनमा Fatafat Sewa ले आवश्यक अवस्थामा Promotional Campaign Modify, Suspend वा Discontinue गर्न सक्छ।

२०. Bank तथा Partner Offers

केही Offers Bank, Financial Institution, Payment Provider वा अन्य Partner को सहकार्यमा उपलब्ध हुन सक्छन्।

Eligibility, Cashback, Discount, EMI, Service Charge वा अन्य Benefits सम्बन्धित Partner ले तोकेका Terms मा निर्भर हुन सक्छन्।

Transaction पूरा गर्नु अघि ग्राहकले लागू Offer Terms समीक्षा गर्नुपर्छ।

२१. Account Registration

केही Features प्रयोग गर्न Account सिर्जना गर्नुपर्ने हुन सक्छ।

ग्राहक निम्न कुराका लागि जिम्मेवार हुनेछ:

• सही Information उपलब्ध गराउने

• Account Credentials सुरक्षित राख्ने

• Account Information अद्यावधिक राख्ने

• Login Credentials Unauthorized व्यक्तिसँग साझा नगर्ने

Account मा Unauthorized Access भएको शंका भएमा हामीलाई जानकारी दिनुपर्छ।

२२. Intellectual Property

अन्यथा उल्लेख नगरिएको अवस्थामा Fatafat Sewa Website मा उपलब्ध Text, Product Descriptions, Graphics, Logos, Photographs, Designs, Layouts, Icons, Videos तथा अन्य सामग्री Fatafat Sewa वा सम्बन्धित Content Provider को स्वामित्वमा वा License अन्तर्गत हुन्छ।

लागू कानूनले अनुमति दिएको बाहेक हाम्रो पूर्व लिखित अनुमति बिना Website Content Copy, Modify, Distribute, Publish, Sell वा Commercially Exploit गर्न पाइने छैन।

• Malicious Software वा Harmful Code

यी Terms वा लागू Requirements उल्लङ्घन गर्ने User-Submitted Content हटाउन वा Restrict गर्न सकिन्छ।

२४. Third-Party Services

हाम्रो Website मा Third-Party Websites वा Services का Links वा Integrations हुन सक्छन्।

यसमा Third-Party Service Interruptions, बाह्य कारणबाट भएका Delivery Delays, ग्राहकले उपलब्ध गराएको गलत Information वा हाम्रो उचित नियन्त्रणभन्दा बाहिरका Unauthorized Access सम्बन्धी परिस्थितिहरू समावेश हुन सक्छन्।

यी Terms को कुनै पनि प्रावधानले लागू कानूनअनुसार कानूनी रूपमा Exclude वा Limit गर्न नसकिने Liability लाई हटाउने वा सीमित गर्ने उद्देश्य राख्दैन।

२७. Force Majeure

हाम्रो उचित नियन्त्रणभन्दा बाहिरका परिस्थितिका कारण सेवा वा दायित्व पूरा गर्न ढिलाइ वा असम्भव भएमा Fatafat Sewa यी Terms को उल्लङ्घन गरेको मानिने छैन।

यस्ता परिस्थितिमा Natural Disaster, Severe Weather, Strike, Transportation Disruption, Government Action, Public Emergency, Network Failure, Cyber Incident वा अन्य नियन्त्रणभन्दा बाहिरका घटनाहरू समावेश हुन सक्छन्।

२८. Terms मा परिवर्तन

हामी हाम्रा Products, Services, Website, Business Practices वा लागू हुने कानूनी Requirements मा परिवर्तन भएमा यी Terms लाई समय-समयमा Update गर्न सक्छौं।
