Apple Foldable iPhone | As early as 2026? | Latest Report

With the rise of Foldable phones in the global tech market, Apple Foldable iPhone could truly be introduced as early as 2026. If the rumors are true then, it would come seven years after Samsung's first attempt in this category. Talking about it, Samsung recently introduced foldable models like Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6.

A recent report says that Apple's foldable iPhone, is on the corner but will it really happen? Let's learn more about it!

Apple Foldable iPhone by 2026

Foldable phones have grown from strength to strength since 2019. With the increase of 49% year-on-year in the first quarter of this year; this increased percentage was the highest increase rate in the past six years. Samsung foldable models generally dominates but Chinese manufacturers Honor and Huawei are also in the mix with Lenovo’s Motorola brand. Huawei was placed at top for the first time.

By 2026, Foldable phones are expected to significantly improve their market, which is the comfort zone for makers of iPhone.

Apple's foldable iPhone will be a gadget that is phone sized till it folds in half to be more pocketable, like the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip6. By the reports, they say that Apple’s foldable iPhone had moved from its initial ideation stage, and that the company had reached out to suppliers in West to make parts for it.

Will it Happen? Apple Foldable iPhone

For Sure, two years is a big time frame, anything can change but we might potentially see Apple's Foldable iPhone by 2026. Some reports even claim by 2027 but we shall see. I have a genuine thought that Apple will ease into this field. Apple is currently working on the AI features of this years iPhone 16; by the time of iPhone 17, it is rumored to be a thin and slim iPhone model. And as usual, aesthetics are key for Apple.

It is said that, Apple has tested both the flip phone and tablet profiles. I personally like the phone that will take the less pocket space.

The questions that of course arises is that What will it be called?. iPhone Fold? iPhone Nano? iPhone Flip?

Only Time will tell. Apple Foldable iPhone.
